WE, THE UNDERSIGNED; SUPPORT THE “MEDICARE FOR ALL ACTS” (M4A) and request all elected officials, including Michigan’s two (2) Senators and Congressional delegation to publicly advocate and organize for the passage of this legislation.

The Medicare For All Act provides comprehensive medical care to every person in the United States including primary care, vision, dental, mental health, substance abuse, reproductive health care and long-term care for older people and individuals with disabilities; prioritizes home and community-based care over institutional care; and reduces costs for prescription drugs, all without premiums, copays, deductibles or other out of pocket costs.

The Medicare For All Act is the only healthcare delivery system that can provide expanded universal coverage, save us money, control costs, eliminate healthcare inequalities, provide true freedom of choice in selecting our preferred healthcare providers and prepare us for the healthcare challenges of the future. We all deserve quality, affordable and accessible health care regardless of our personal identity, status in the community or our ability to pay.
